New York City
Jenny is an innocent suburban housewife and Richard is her hardworking husband. The only obstacle between this charming couple and ultimate happiness is a problematic lack of funds. Their well-heeled and well-lubricated friend Jack and their matter-of-fact and outspoken 14- (or 15-) year-old son Roger do little to help matters. Opportunity comes knocking at the couple’s door in the form of a mysterious British visitor aptly named Mrs. Toothe. Edward Albee’s Everything in the Garden is directed by Sarah Hunnewell.
