Loosely based on the Homeric Hymn to Demeter, the ancient Greek myth which tells of a maiden’s abduction by Death and subsequent return as the Queen of the Underworld, Persephone Rising is a personal journey into a woman’s heart as she steps up to the challenge of love and the power of taking charge of her own destiny.
