El Ruco, Chuco, Cholo, Pachuco

In his new show El Ruco, Chuco, Cholo, Pachuco Pepe Serna explores his Chicano experience, portraying a variety of characters and archetypes, dating as far back as pre-Columbian legend and jumping from century to century, all the way into the 21st Century and into the future. His big gallery of characters (an apt term, as he is also a noted painter) range from the serious to the comedic.
