Tony Winner Len Cariou to Star in Off-Broadway Run of Tuesdays With Morrie

Sea Dog Theater will present Mitch Albom’s Tuesdays With Morrie, by Jeffrey Hatcher and Mitch Albom, based on the book by Albom, directed by Erwin Maas (A Kid Like Rishi).

Tuesdays With Morrie will run March 1-23 at St. George’s Episcopal Church, with opening night scheduled for March 7. Starring are Tony Award winner Len Cariou (Sweeney Todd) and three-time NYIT Best Actor nominee Chris Domig. The production also features vocalist Sally Shaw and original music written and performed on piano by Domig.

In Tuesdays With Morrie, career-obsessed journalist Mitch Albom learns, 16 years after graduation, that his former sociology professor Morrie is battling Lou Gehrig’s Disease and starts visiting him weekly.

The production team includes set, light, and costume designer Guy DeLancey, sound designer Eamon Goodman, and sound mixer Chris White.
