A new touring production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella will launch in the fall of 2027, 70 years after the television premiere starring Julie Andrews (1957) and 30 years after the televised production starring Brandy and Whitney Houston (1997).
The North American tour will be directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Christopher Gattelli, a two-time Tony nominee this year for directing and choreographing Schmigadoon!. Gattelli has choreographed other Rodgers & Hammerstein musicals, including South Pacific and The King and I.
More information about the tour, including additional creative team members, casting, and route, will be announced at a later date.
