Tickets go onsale today for David Harrower’s Blackbird, the Olivier Award-winning drama that will star Jeff Daniels and Michelle Williams. Joe Mantello directs the two-hander, which will play the Belasco Theatre beginning February 5, 2016 and open March 10, 2016. The 18-week engagement will continue through June 12, 2016.

The acclaimed drama is described as "the story of Una and Ray. Fifteen years earlier they had a relationship and haven’t set eyes on each other since. Now she’s found him again." Mantello directed the work's New York premiere at Manhattan Theatre Club in 2007, a production that starred Daniels and Alison Pill.

Blackbird's creative team includes Scott Pask (scenic design), Ann Roth (costume design), and Brian MacDevitt (lighting design). Scott Rudin serves as producer.

Daniels received a Tony nomination for his performance in God of Carnage. His many other stage credits include Fifth of July and Redwood Curtain, and he is an Emmy winner for his performance on HBO's The Newsroom. Williams, a three-time Oscar nominee, made her Broadway debut as Sally Bowles in Cabaret and has been seen on stage in Killer Joe and Smelling a Rat. Her films include My Week with Marilyn, Blue Valentine, and Brokeback Mountain.
