Theatre East to Premiere New Play Petie

Theatre East will present the world premiere of Lori Fischer's new play Petie, running September 22-October 7 at Urban Stages.

Directed by Martha Banta, Petie will feature Zachary Clark as Rick, Lori Fischer as Bonnie, Arielle Goldman as Jesse, Judson Jones as Daddy, Grayson Taylor as Petie, Emily Verla as KM. The play follows an agoraphobic mother struggling to hide the details about her son's death from her estranged daughter.

The creative team includes Steven Brenman (scenic design), Zach Murphy (lighting design), Sherry Martinez (costume design), and M. Florian Staab (sound design and composition).
