The Marsh is set to present Alison Whittaker’s one-woman show Vital Signs, June 8-July 21 at the upstairs Studio Theater. David Ford will direct.

Vital Signs gives the audience an intimate look at nurses, patients, and the patients’ families, all of whom must cope with the blood and guts of real life on the wards.

Alison Whittaker began her solo career at The Marsh, taking classes with Marsh artist-in-residence David Ford. She then moved on to critically acclaimed performances at Fringe festivals around the country. In 2011, she returned for a successful Marsh Rising performance.
