Broadway veteran and Daytime Emmy Award winner Susan Lucci will appear on multiple episodes of the upcoming season of Lifetime’s long-running drama Army Wives, according to TVLine.com
She will play the wife of a retired general who gives advice to Claudia (played by Lucci’s former All My Children castmate Kim Delaney.)
Lucci starred on Broadway in the revival of Annie Get Your Gun and has performed her cabaret show around the country. She is best known for her role as Erica Kane on the ABC daytime drama All My Children, which she played for 41 years until the show went off the air last month.
