Uzo Aduba, Adam Halpin, Morgan James, Chad Kimball, Kenita Miller, and Logan Marshall-Green, were among the performers for the benefit concert, The Bridge: Where Hope and Respect Come Together. Jason Howland musical directed the event, which was held at 92YTribeca on Monday, April 30. Zachary Booth served as host.
The concert included new music and original material inspired by stories of CVTC clients. Among the contributing writers were Tony nominee Craig Lucas, Nathan Tysen, Nils-Petter Ankarblom, Michael Patrick Walker and Gary Adler.
The benefit was created to provide support for the Crime Victims Treatment Center at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital. Early estimates indicate that the event raised $25,000.
