New York-based theatergoers are well aware of the work of off-Broadway’s Vineyard Theatre. The Manhattan nonprofit theater company dedicated to “new work” and “bold programming” that has helped shepherd into existence shows such as Avenue Q and Paula Vogel’s How I Learned to Drive will make its mark this summer all the way across the pond.

Four productions that received their world premieres at the Vineyard are playing London for the first time this season, with [title of show] at Landor Theatre, Colman Domingo’s A Boy and His Soul hitting Tricycle Theatre, Nicky Silver’s The Lyons landing at Menier Chocolate Factory, and The Scottsboro Boys playing the Young Vic.
