New Peter Pan Musical Fly to Run at La Jolla Playhouse

La Jolla Playhouse will present The Coast Starlight and Fly to round out its 2019-20 season.
Keith Bunin's The Coast Starlight, commissioned by the theater, will be directed by Tyne Rafaeli, and will run August 20-September 15. Fly, a new musical based on Peter Pan, will run February 18-March 29, 2020. The production features a book by Rajiv Joseph, music by Bill Sherman, lyrics by Kirsten Childs and Joseph, and direction by Jeffrey Seller.
These titles join Put Your House in Order (June 2-30); The Luckiest (June 30-July 28); Kiss My Aztec! (September 3-October 13); and Cambodian Rock Band (November 12-December 15).
Casting and additional information will be announced in the coming weeks.
