Lisa Morgan to Star in Shirley Valentine at Florida Repertory Theatre

Lisa Morgan is set to star in Willy Russell’s Olivier and Tony Award winning comedy, Shirley Valentine, at Florida Repertory Theatre, May 29-June 7.
Maureen Heffernan will direct.

Russell’s coming of age comedy centers on Shirley, a middle-aged Liverpool housewife whose life changes when her friend wins a trip for two to Greece and she decides to come along. Ray Recht will design the set, with costumes by Roberta Malcolm, lighting by A. Nelson Ruger, and sound by Marc Hurst.

Morgan’s previous credits at the Rep include Enchanted April, Doubt, and Dancing at Lughnasa. She has received Carbonell Awards for her roles in Frozen, with GableStage, and Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? for Palm Beach Dramaworks.
