John Legend, Jennifer Hudson Celebrate Joe Morton, Dick Gregory, and Turn Me Loose

Turn Me Loose, Gretchen Law's new drama about the life of comedian and activist Dick Gregory, celebrated its opening night at the Westside Theatre on Thursday, May 19.
Directed by John Gould Rubin, the production stars Scandal Emmy winner Joe Morton as Dick Gregory, as well as John Carlin. It is produced by 10-time Grammy winner John Legend, among others.
Guests at the opening-night festivities included Gregory, Legend and his wife, model Chrissy Teigen, music superstar Jennifer Hudson, The Daily Show host Trevor Noah, and many more. Check out TheaterMania's photos in the gallery below.
