Jill Abramovitz to Star in Westchester Broadway Theatre’s Funny Girl

Jill Abramovitz, who appeared on Broadway in Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me, will play Fanny Brice in the Westchester Broadway Theatre’s production of Jule Styne, Bob Merrill and Isobel Lennart’s musical Funny Girl, to run March 16-June 14. The production will be directed by Donald E. Birely, with choreography by Michael Susko and musical direction by Jeff Tanski.

The cast will feature Grant Norman (Nicky Arnstein), Kilty Reidy (Eddie Ryan), Louisa Flanigam (Mrs. Brice), Gary Lemkueler (Florenz Ziegfeld), along with Dawn Newman, Karen McDonald, Roger Preston Smith, Mark Donaldson, Debi Guthery, Synthia Link, Benji Randall, Rusty Reynolds, Morgan Rose, Kimberly Schafer, Steve Schepis, Hayley Sharples, Karla Shook, Darcy Yellin, and Kent Zimmerman. The creative team includes Steve Loftus (sets), Matthew Hemesath (costumes), Andrew Gmoser (lighting), and Jon Hatton (sound).
