The recording will feature four-time Tony Award nominee Kelli O’Hara, who leads the cast, as well as Steven Pasquale and Isaiah Johnson. Produced by Grammy winner Steve Epstein, the cast recording will also include vocals from Olivier Award nominee Nancy Anderson, Quincy Tyler Bernstine, Alma Cuervo, Elainey Bass, Justin Scott Brown, Korey Jackson, Jake Lucas, James Moye, Julianna Rigoglioso, Sarah Jane Shanks, Tess Soltau, Mary Stout, and Victor Wallace.
O’Hara stars as Cathy Whitaker, a picture-perfect wife and mother in 1957 suburban Connecticut whose life unravels when the forbidden desires of her husband (Pasquale) come to the surface.
Far From Heaven was commissioned, developed, produced, and recorded through the Playwrights Horizons Musicals in Partnership Initiative.
