Chita Rivera, Tommy Tune, and More Pay Tribute to the Emerson Colonial Theatre

After being closed for two years for major renovations, Boston's Emerson Colonial Theatre reopened last night with the first performance of the pre-Broadway run of Moulin Rouge! The Musical. To commemorate the long-awaited reopening of the historic venue, Ambassador Theatre Group has released a video in which a wide array of stage and screen celebrities reminisce about their experiences there. The special guests range from legends like Chita Rivera and Tommy Tune to newer talent such as Carousel stars Jessie Mueller and Lindsay Mendez, and Moulin Rouge! leads Aaron Tveit and Karen Olivo.
