Downtown Music Productions present of revival of Harold Rome’s satire Pins and Needles, featuring music direction by Mimi Stern-Wolfe and stage direction by Eleanor Reissa, on October 14 and 15 at Theater 80 St. Mark’s. The production will be part of the annual HOWL Festival.
The snow, which first premiered in 1937, was originally created by the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, Its songs include “Sitting on Your Status Quo,” “Sing Me A Song of Social Significance,” “Chain Store Daisy,” and “Four Little Angels of Peace.”
The cast will feature Laura Wolfe, Darcy Dunn, Jeannine Otis, Mark Singer, Charles Baran, Michael Schilke, and Paul Malamphy.
