The 2013-14 season of The Play Company will kick off with the world premiere of Andy Bragen's This Is My Office, a site-specific production that will be directed by Davis McCallum (Water by the Spoonful). This Is My Office will run November 5–December 8 at chashama.

The season will continue with two American premieres. Jonas Hassen Khemiri's I Call My Brothers, which illuminates paranoia's tendency to destroy, will run January 22–February 23, with direction by Erica Schmidt (Humor Abuse) and a translation by Rachel Willson-Broyles. In the spring, Dan Rothenberg (co-artistic director of Pig Iron Theatre) will direct Toshiki Okada's The Sonic Life of a Giant Tortoise, a look at the harrowing undercurrent in contemporary life.

The Play Company is an Obie Award-winning off-Broadway theater production company, now in its 14th season. It develops and produces adventurous new plays from around the world.
