Ghostlight Records has announced the release date for the original Broadway cast recording of Broadway's The Bridges of Madison County. The album will reach stores May 20 following an April 15 digital release. The CD will include a deluxe 32-page booklet with complete lyrics, color photos, a synopsis by Marsha Norman, notes by Jason Robert Brown, and an essay by theater critic Jesse Green.

The Bridges of Madison County, starring four-time Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara and Steven Pasquale, is currently running at the Schoenfeld Theatre. Directed by Tony Award winner Bartlett Sher, the musical features a score by Tony-winning composer Jason Robert Brown and a book by Pulitzer Prize winner Marsha Norman.

Based on the best-selling novel by Robert James Waller, The Bridges of Madison County tells the story of a four-day love affair that unfolds between Francesca Johnson, an Italian war bride living with her family on an Iowa farm, and Robert Kincaid, a roving National Geographic photographer.
