The first of two benefit readings of Sarah Tuft’s’ play, 110 Stories was held on Thursday, September 8 at The Skirball Center for the Performing Arts.
The work is based on first-person accounts of 9/11 and its immediate aftermath, and the net proceeds from the production will benefit the New York Says Thank You Foundation, an organization that works to transform the annual 9/11 anniversary into a positive, hands-on platform for national volunteer service.
Among the participating cast members were Stephen Baldwin, Mario Cantone, John Doman, Ralph Macchio, Vincent Piazza, Jeremy Piven, Andre Royo, Stelio Savante, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Tamara Tunie, and Ben Vereen.
There will be an additional benefit performance tonight, September 9 at 8pm.
