Norbert Leo Butz, Katie Holmes, Nathan Lane, Brooke Shields Celebrate Broadway's Dead Accounts on Opening Night
The star-studded audience for Theresa Rebeck's comedy also included Victor Garber, Maggie Grace, Lily Rabe, and Dee Snider.
The Broadway production of Theresa Rebeck's Dead Accounts celebrated its opening night at the Music Box Theatre on Thursday, November 29. The production, which is directed by Tony Award-winner Jack O'Brien, began previews on November 5.
Two-time Tony winner Norbert Leo Butz heads the cast as Jack, who returns to his family home in Ohio with a multi-million dollar secret. The show also stars Katie Holmes as his sister, Lorna, Jayne Houdyshell as their mother, Barbara, Josh Hamilton as Jack's childhood friend, Phil, and Judy Greer as Jack's icy wife, Jenny.
The production features scenic design by David Rockwell, costume design by Catherine Zuber, lighting design by David Weiner, composition/sound design by Mark Bennett, and hair design by Tom Watson.
