La La Land Album, Featuring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, Sets Release

The official soundtrack to the musical film La La Land, starring Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, will be released via Interscope Records on December 9, the same day the film opens in a limited engagement.
Those who preorder the album will receive an instant download of the tune "City of Stars," sung by the starring duo and written by Justin Hurwitz, Benj Pasek, and Justin Paul. The album was produced by Justin Hurwitz, Marius de Vries, and Steven Gizicki.
The musical movie features lyrics of Broadway's Pasek and Paul, whose Dear Evan Hansen opens at the Belasco Theatre on December 4. Directed by Damian Chazelle, La La Land, about the romance between a jazz pianist and an aspiring actress, will hit theaters officially on December 16.
