Clear Channel to Introduce New Theater Magazine logo

Variety reports that media conglomerate Clear Channel Entertainment will debut a new theater magazine this fall.

The quarterly, called Show People, is to cover every aspect of the theater industry and community, aiming to appeal to insiders and audiences alike. Patrick Pacheco, a freelance writer and a regular contributor to Newsday, has been named as editor.

The first 68-page issue will be sent to 300,000 Clear Channel subscribers in September and the magazine is expected to eventually be available on newsstands at a price of $3.95.
