Singin' in the Rain to Transfer to West End's Palace Theatre logo

The Chichester Festival Theatre production of Singin' in the Rain will transfer to the West End's Palace Theatre, beginning performances on February 4 in anticipation of an official opening on February 15. Jonathan Church has directed the production, which has choreography by Andrew Wright.

The show, which features songs by Nacio Herb Brown and Arthur Freed, is based on the classic 1952 MGM film and will feature Adam Cooper as Don Lockwood, Daniel Crossley as Cosmo Brown, Scarlett Strallen as Kathy Seldon, Katherine Kingsley as Lina Lamont, Michael Brandon as RF Simpson and Sandra Dickinson as Dora Bailey/Miss Dinsmore.

The company will also include Brendan Cull, Flora Dawson, Jaye Juliette Elster, Peter Forbes, Gemma Fuller, Francis Haugen, David Lucas, Scott Mobley, Ebony Molina, Gillian Parkhouse, Sherrie Pennington, Lisa Ritchie, and Nancy Wei George.

The production is designed by Simon Higlett, with sound design by Matt McKenzie and lighting design by Tim Mitchell.
