Bruce Adler, Len Lesser to Star in 2 1/2 Jews

Two-time Tony Award-nominee Bruce Adler will join Len Lesser in a production of 2 1/2 Jews at the Museum Theater, located at the Horvitz Auditorium at the Museum of Art in Fort Lauderdale, March 1-April 18. The production will be directed by Mark Robert Gordon, the artistic director of the original New York City production.

2 1/2 Jews is a comedic drama about three generations of adult men who share a genetic trait of stubbornness that pulls them apart from one another. 2 1/2 Jews was the debut play of the late Alan Brandt, who was 75 at the time of its Off-Broadway premiere.

Adler’s Broadway credits include Crazy For You, for which he received the 1992 Tony for Best Featured Actor in a Musical. His other credits include Rumors, Sunday in The Park With George, and the 1979 revival of Oklahoma! Lesser is best known for his nine-year portrayal of “Uncle Leo” on the classic TV sitcom Seinfeld.
