Penny Fuller to Star in TheatreWorks’ A Christmas Memory Musical

Three-time Tony Award nominee Penny Fuller will star in the world premiere musical version of Truman Capote’s holiday tale, A Christmas Memory, to be presented by TheatreWorks at Lucie Stern Theatre in Palo Alto, December 1-26. Robert Kelley will direct.
The adaptation features a book by Duane Poole, music by Larry Grossman, and lyrics by Carol Hall. The show chronicles a young boy’s loving friendship with an eccentric aunt in a small southern town in the 1930’s. Fuller will play Aunt Sook, with Gabriel Hoffman as Buddy.
