Philadelphia Theatre Workshop Announces 2010-2011 Season

Philadelphia Theatre Workshop has announced its 2010-2011 season, which will consist of one full production, along with four pieces that will be presented as part of the company’s fourth annual PlayShop Festival in the spring. All of the company’s work will be offered at the Walnut Street Theatre Studio 5.

The season will open with Kathy Anderson’s Front Row Seat (November 20 – December 12). Directed by Bill Felty, the play focuses on a family that making a rare excursion outside of their hometown.

The PlayShop Festival will run April 29 – May 22, and include Loved Ones by Robin Rodriguez, directed by James Haskins; Reindeer, Magnetosphere by David Strattan White, directed by Mark Cofta; Seven by Kelsey Amnett, directed by Cara Biouin; and The Ugly Past by Kevin Grauke, directed by Adrienne Mackey.
