Eve Plumb, Manuel Herrera to Star in Miss Abigail’s Guide to Dating, Mating and Marriage

Former Brady Bunch star Eve Plumb and Broadway veteran Manuel Herrera will co-star in Ken Davenport and Sarah Saltzberg’s Miss Abigail’s Guide to Dating, Mating and Marriage, to begin performances at the Downstairs Cabaret Theater at Sofia’s on October 7. Davenport will direct the production, which is scheduled to open on October 24.

The piece is based on is based on Abigail Grotke’s popular book of the same name, in which relationship advice is doled out using wisdom from yesteryear.

Plumb, who will play the title role, is best known for playing Jan Brady on The Brady Bunch. She has also been a part of the L.A.-based Groundlings improv comedy troupe. Her other television credits include The Love Boat, Little Women, That ’70s Show, Days of Our Lives, and All My Children.

Herrera, who will Paco, has been seen on stage in Legally Blonde, Sweet Charity, Wicked, The Music Man, and The Seven.
