Colman Domingo, who was featured in the cast of the recent Broadway musical Passing Strange, will direct writer/performer Lisa Ramirez's Exit Cuckoo Off-Broadway at the Clurman Theatre on Theatre Row, April 17-May 17, with an opening set for April 23.
The piece, presented by Working Theatre, looks at the culture of nannies in New York and the people who employ them, and is based on Ramirez's own experiences as a nanny.
The production will feature set design by Rachel Hauck, lighting design by Russel Phillip Drapkin, sound design by Matt O'Hare, and costume design by Raul Aktanov.
