Lorna Luft to Be Honored and Perform at Paper Mill Playhouse Gala

Actress and singer Lorna Luft will receive the Frank Carrington Excellence in the Arts Award at Paper Mill Playhouse‘s Center Stage Celebration Gala Benefit, to be held on Friday, May 4. She will also perform at the event.

Luft, the daughter of legendary entertainer Judy Garland and producer Sid Luft, has appeared in Promises, Promises on Broadway, the film Grease 2, and national tours such as They’re Playing Our Song and Guys & Dolls. She recently starred in Paper Mill Playhouse’s production of White Christmas.

The event will also honor John McEwen and The New Jersey Theatre Alliance with the Byrne Kean Arts Advocate Award, and Charles Pascarella with the Antoinette Scudder Patron of the Arts Award.

Performing talent will also include The Eddie Bruce Band and students from Paper Mill Playhouse’s Theatre School, Summer Musical Theater Conservatory and Artist Training programs.
