Liza Minnelli Set for December 11 Turner Classic Movies Special

Liza Minnelli will be featured in the Turner Classics Movies special Private Screenings: Liza Minnelli, to be aired on Turner Classic Movies (TCM) December 11 at 10pm. Robert Osborne will serve as interviewer on the program which will center on the lives and careers of Minnelli’s parents, Judy Garland and Vincente Minnelli.

In conjunction with the special, TCM air two days worth of films starring Garland, directed by Vincente Minnelli and/or starring Liza Minnelli, including Cabaret (1972), An American in Paris (1951), Gigi (1958), The Pirate (1949), Meet Me in St. Louis (1944). The Clock, Madame Bovary, The Bad the Beautiful, Home from the Hill and A Matter of Time, as well as the 1987 documentary Minnelli on Minnelli.
