Cate Blanchett, Bryan Brown, Miranda Otto, et al. Set for Sydney Theatre Company’s 2011 Season

Sydney Theater Company has announced the plays that will comprise its 2011 season, according to a report in Variety.
The season will begin in December with Mikhail Bulgakov’s The White Guard. Andrew Upton will direct the production, which will star Miranda Otto. Also on tap: Cate Blanchett will star in Botho Straus’ new play Gross Und Klein; Ross Mueller’s Zebra! will feature Bryan Brown and Colin Friels; Harold Pinter’s No Man’s Land will co-star Peter Carroll and John Gaden; and there will be a production of Sarah Ruhl’s In the Next Room, or The Vibrator Play.
