America’s Got Talent Live National Tour to Launch on October 1

NBC’s America’s Got Talent will sponsor a six-week tour of this season’s top 10 finalists, beginning on October 1 in Oakland, California. The show’s host, Jerry Springer, will also be on the tour.

Among those who will perform on the tour are 10-year-old opera-singing prodigy Jackie Evancho, dance group Fighting Gravity, singer Michael Grimm, and opera singer Prince Poppycock, all of whom will compete in the season’s final episode next week.

The tour’s stops include Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre (October 7); Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas (October 8); the Rosemont Theatre in Chicago (October 20); the Fox Theatre in St. Louis (October 21); the Beacon Theatre in New York City (October 27); the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City (October 30); the Wang Theatre in Boston (November 3); and the DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. (November 4).
