Dan Lauria, who starred in Eric Simonson’s play Lombardi on Broadway this past season, will reprise his title role in a series of dramatic readings in Wisconsin, to be held July 26-30.

The work is based on the best-selling biography When Pride Still Mattered, written by David Maraniss. The play tells the life and times of one of America’s most inspirational and mercurial personalities, Hall of Fame football coach Vince Lombardi.

Thomas Kail will once again direct, and the presentation will feature additional members of the Broadway cast, to be announced.

Lombardi: A Reading by the Broadway Cast will be held in the Lambeau Field Atrium in Green Bay, Wisconsin on July 26 and 27 at 7:30 p.m. and then move to the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center for readings on July 28 at 7:30 p.m. and July 29-30 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, June 22 at 10am. To purchase, call 800-982-2787 or click here.
