Jeffry Denman, Capathia Jenkins, Luba Mason, et al. Set for Covenant House’s A Night of Broadway Stars Concert

Lawrence Clayton, Jeffry Denman, Rita Harvey, Capathia Jenkins, Luba Mason, Natalie Toro and Danny Zolli will perform at A Night of Broadway Stars, to be offered on June 2 at the Frederick P. Rose Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center. Neil Berg will host the event, which will be a benefit for Covenant House.

In addition to the entertainment, the evening will feature tributes to Brian Cashman, general manager of the New York Yankees, and Paul Danforth, a former Mets executive, recognizing their support of homeless young people who get life-saving help at Covenant House’s shelters for homeless and runaway youth.

Covenant House works to help homeless kids who come to their shelters in crisis, meeting the young people’s basic needs, including food, shelter, clothing and and medical attention.
