Bikel, Finkel, Moore, Williams, et al. to Salute Reiner at Folksbiene Gala

The National Yiddish Theatre - Folksbiene will pay tribute to eight-time Emmy winner Carl Reiner in a gala concert, to be held at Town Hall on June 17 at 8pm.

NBC Nightly News' Brian Williams will host, and featured stars will include Theodore Bikel, Fyvush Finkel, Mary Tyler Moore, Jerry Stiller & Anne Meara, and Renée Taylor. They will be joined by a gala ensemble that will perform an eclectic array of material celebrating Yiddish culture.

The concert will also honor Jewish activist and philanthropist Irwin Hochberg. Proceeds will benefit the company.
