Steve Buscemi to Host Benefit Concert Honoring Elliott Sharp

2011 Golden Globe Award winner Steve Buscemi and his filmmaker wife Jo Andres will host E#@60: A Benefit Concert Honoring Elliott Sharp’s 60th Birthday, to be held at Brooklyn’s ISSUE Project Room, on Friday, March 4 at 7pm.

The evening will feature the concert premiere of Trilogy which features music by Sharp, film by Andres, and text and narrative by Buscemi. Additional performers during the evening will include JACK Quartet, Sirius Quartet, Jack Womack, and Tracie Morris.

Buscemi won the Golden Globe for his work in Boardwalk Empire. His theater credits include the original Off-Broadway production of The Exonerated.

Proceeds from the benefit will support ISSUE’s year-round programs supporting hundreds of artists in the creation and presentation of new work.
