Film actress Rita Wilson will make her Broadway debut as Roxie Hart in the long-running revival of Chicago, June 12-August 6.

Wilson's many film credits include Sleepless in Seattle, Volunteers, and That Thing You Do, all of which starred her husband, Tom Hanks. She has also appeared in Jingle All The Way, Now and Then, and Mixed Nuts, and she was a producer of the popular film My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

In related news, Kevin Chamberlin will join the cast of Chicago on June 12 in the role of Amos Hart. Chamberlin has starred on Broadway in Seussical and in Dirty Blonde, for which he received a Tony Award nomination. He is expected to continue in the role through September 10.
