Billy Elliot Cast Members, John Pizzarelli, Eileen Ivers, et al. to Perform at November 29 Winter’s Eve Celebration

The lineup of artists scheduled to appear as part of the 11th annual Winter’s Eve, an outdoor holiday festival to be held on Monday, November 29 along Broadway from Columbus Circle to 68th Street, has been announced. The event commences at 5:30pm with a tree-lighting ceremony at Dante Park (63rd Street and Broadway) to be hosted by Sade Baderinwa.

Among the performers scheduled to appear are cast members from Billy Elliot, the Big Apple Circus to Go, and Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Rose Rutledge Trio, all of whom will perform at the Time Warner Center. Also scheduled to perform are John Pizzarelli and Anat Cohen, who will be seen at the America Folk Art museum; and Eileen Ivers and her band Immigrant Soul, who will be showcased at the Winter’s Eve Dance Tent.

In addition, marching bands, choruses, and puppeteers are scheduled to entertain in the streets.
