Concetta Tomei, Jay Patterson, Joe Urla et. al. Cast in In the Daylight

Concetta Tomei, Jay Patterson, Sharon Maguire, Ashley Austin Morris, and Joe Urla are among the cast of the world premiere of Tony Glazer’s In the Daylight. The show, to be directed by John Gould, will run September 8 – October 11 at the McGinn Cazale Theatre.

Glazer’s dark comedy focuses on a well-known writer and his homecoming to a family he has been avoiding for many years.

Tomei, last seen on Broadway in Cyrano de Bergerac, has film and television credits which include Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead, Weeds, and 7th Heaven. Patterson, last seen on Broadway in Inherit the Wind, has also been seen in All the King’s Men in addition to television’s Murder She Wrote and Touched by An Angel. Urla, a Theatre World Award-winner for Principia Scriptoriae, has appeared on Miami Vice, Law and Order and The Wire, among others.
