Carter Calvert, Brian Hampton Set for July 31 Benefit Performance of The Jungle Fun Room

A special benefit performance of Brian Hampton's The Jungle Fun Room will take place at 7:30pm on Tuesday, July 31 at New World Stages. Proceeds from the evening, which is sponsored by the Petco Foundation, will benefit the Long Island Bulldog Rescue Foundation.

The play revolves around the lives of the struggling actors at the Jungle Fun Birthday Parties at the Bronx Zoo.

In addition to Hampton, the cast will include Carter Calvert, Kim S. Goldfeder, Beverly Lauchner, Trey Mitchell, and Paul Nugent.

Pre-show activities start at 6pm, and will include appearances by Beefy and Baby Howard, a cocktail party, and silent auction.
