Three-time Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara will return to the Broadway production of South Pacific, playing the Vivian Beaumont Theater, on August 10 and will continue in the show through its scheduled closing date of August 22. The production will be broadcast nationally on PBS' Live From Lincoln Center on Wednesday, August 18 at 8pm.

O'Hara, who received a 2008 Tony nomination for her work as Nellie Forbush in this production, will join her original leading man Paolo Szot -- who returns on July 7 as Emile deBecque -- along with original cast members Loretta Ables Sayre and Danny Burstein.

Bartlett Sher has directed this musical, based on James Michener's Tales of the South Pacific, and featuring music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein, and a book by Oscar Hammerstein II and Joshua Logan.

The production won seven Tony Awards including Best Musical Revival as well as the Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Drama League Award for Best Musical Revival.
