Ever since Rain: A Tribute to the Beatles on Broadway closed in 2011, it's been a hard day's night for Beatles fans in New York. Fear not, Beatlemaniacs: Help! is on the way in the form of the smash-hit West End show Let It Be, set to play a limited engagement at Broadway's St. James Theatre starting July 16, 2013. The show officially opens July 24 and is slated to play through December 29.

Much like the aforementioned Rain, Let It Be tells the history of the fab four through a mixture of live music and video. The show promises state-of-the-art projections and 3D sound, in order to put the audience at the center of the Beatles' story. The song list includes hits like "Twist and Shout," "She Loves You," "Drive My Car," "Yesterday," "Hey Jude," "Come Together," and "Let It Be."

Let It Be is currently playing an open-ended run at London's Savoy Theatre after initially playing a sold-out limited engagement at the Price of Wales Theatre. To read Whatsonstage.com's review of Let It Be, click here.

The cast and creative team for this Broadway debut have yet to be announced.

While tickets are now available exclusively to American Express cardholders, they go on sale to the general public on Thursday, May 23.
