Allison Janney and James Taylor to Duet on ABC’s Mr. Sunshine

Tony Award nominee and Drama Desk Award winner Allison Janney will duet with five-time Grammy Award winner James Taylor on the March 16 episode of the new ABC sitcom Mr. Sunshine, according to TVGuide.com.

The pop singer will play Billy, the ex-husband of Janney’s character, and the pair will sing Leon Russell’s “A Song For You.”

Janney’s Broadway credits include 9 to 5, A View from the Bridge, and Present Laughter. She is best known for her Emmy Award-winning work on NBC’s The West Wing.

Mr. Sunshine also stars Matthew Perry, Andrea Anders, James Lesure, and Nate Torrance.
