Lea DeLaria, Cady Huffman, Michele Lee, Mary Testa, et al. to Sing Stevie Wonder at Joe’s Pub

Lea DeLaria will host People Lea Like Sing Stevie Wonder at Joe’s Pub at 9pm on Monday, January 24. The evening will feature musical direction by Janette Mason.

Those scheduled to perform include Justin Bond, Cady Huffman, Michele Lee, Patina Miller, Sarah Saltzberg, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Mary Testa, and Scott Thompson, with additional guests to be announced.

DeLaria received an Obie and a Theater World Award for her work in the Public Theater’s revival of On the Town. Her many other stage credits include The Rocky Horror Show, Li’l Abner, Cinderella, Little Fish, Chicago, The Boys From Syracuse, and The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told. She is also an accomplished jazz singer, who performs regularly at Smoke. She has also released numerous solo recordings on the Warner Jazz label.
