Adam Arkin, Hector Elizondo, Bruce Greenwood, et al. Set for Hard Times Reading in L.A.

Hector Elizondo, Bruce Greenwood, Sam Jaeger, Roma Maffia, and Wayne Wilderson will perform in a staged reading of Hard Times, to be offered on October 17 at 6:30pm at Mount Hollywood Congregational Church. Adam Arkin will host the event, which will be a benefit for The Unusual Suspects Theatre Company.

The original play has been written by incarcerated youth from L.A. County Probation Camp Gonzalez. The reading will feature other alumni of the theater company to be announced at a later date.

The Unusual Suspects Theatre Company’s mission is to empower youth in underserved and at-risk environments with the means and methods necessary to explore personal and social conflicts and develop self-esteem, communication and coping skills to make positive life choices and to be a productive member of the community.
