Christopher Johnstone, who stars in the national tour of South Pacific -- currently playing at Los Angeles' Ahmanson Theatre -- will appear on the July 15 episode of the ABC daytime drama All My Children

Johnstone will play the role of a bell hop in a New York hotel, where he encounters the charming and wily Greenlee Smythe (Rebecca Budig), who is trying to break into the room of her ex-husband Ryan Lavery.

Johnstone has worked extensively in the field of opera and musical theater, where his many credits include A Little Night Music, The Pirates of Penzance, Dido and Aeneas, Iolanthe, Don Carlo, and The Beggar's Opera.

All My Children also stars Susan Lucci, Cameron Mathison, Ricky Paull Goldin, Jacob Young, Darnell Williams, and Debbi Morgan.
