Paul O’Grady as Alter Ego Lily Savage Set for Aladdin at The O2 Arena
Paul O’Grady is set to perform as his alter ego Lily Savage in Aladdin, December 7-January 5 at The O2 arena, according to WhatsOnStage.com.
In this large-scale production of Aladdin, Savage will play Widow Twankey, reprising a role she first played in 2010 at the Mayflower Theatre.
O’Grady appears as Savage on the quiz show Blankety Blank. His film credits include Chariots of Fire and In the Name of the Father. He has hosted The Paul O’Grady Show and a Friday night show Paul O’Grady Live.
Further casting for Aladdin will be announced at a later date.
