The play speculates on the relationship of Oscar Wilde and Lord Alfred Douglas, focusing on two critical moments in Wilde's last years – the eve of his arrest and a night after his release from two years imprisonment.
The entire Hampstead cast – including stars Rupert Everett as Wilde and Freddie Fox as Douglas – will reprise their roles. The remainder of the cast includes Ben Hardy, Cal Macaninch, Kirsty Oswald, Alister Cameron and Tom Colley.
